Firstly, we here at Angel Couture, hope all of you are safe and well during these unfortunate and unpredictable times. We want to thank all of our clients and followers for their unprecedented loyalty to our brand during these last few months.
In relation to the latest government guidance, shops and small boutiques are allowed to open from the 12th of April 2021 providing social distancing can be maintained and businesses are considered safe to open.
With this in mind, we are taking bookings now for appointments from the 12th of April and we are encouraging clients wanting to book design appointments, we are currently working on a 4 month minimum lead time for alterations and 6 months lead time for Bespoke made to measure services.
We are also opening up another option to take advantage of the virtual design appointments via Skype or FaceTime with a free sampling service.
During these next few weeks, Kay will be continuing to work on the many existing orders from the studio and we hope to be able to carry out our professional fitting service hopefully from the 12th of April onwards.
We encourage clients to contact Kay personally on 01226 920 140 or email: kay.heeley@icloud.com to discuss any queries you may have regarding sales, fittings and orders where she will be on hand to offer guidance and reassurance about any of our services.
Clients wishing to visit the studios from the 12th of April onwards to look and try dresses in a face to face appointment, Kay will be working to APPOINTMENT ONLY and clients will be asked to call or email prior to the appointment to discuss styles, colours, sizes etc so that we can select styles suitable and placed in the changing room.
On arrival we ask if clients can call us on the phone before entry to the studios so Kay can come and open all doors to the main building.
We require all visitors to wear a mask upon entry to the studios due to communal entrance hall.
Hand washing facilities are provided outside the studio rooms and clients are encouraged to bring their own protective face masks or if they are unavailable, Kay will provide Angel Couture washable face masks. Kay will be wearing a face mask during all appointments which involve fittings and close proximity work.
All dresses that are tried on will then be cleaned overnight awaiting the next appointments and our studios will be cleaned after each appointment and daily to maintain cleanliness.
We ask that each client try and come to their appointments alone if possible, or have a maximum of 2 additional people if needed, to be able to maintain social distancing as much as possible.
